I agree with your perspective toward witches. I believe many of them are looking for spiritual reality and will respond positively to the love of God if they see it demonstrated.

Yes, most are nature-centrists, and oppose any concept or belief in a Satan.

Sadly, after five years of loving friendship with a witch friend, and after affirming God's love for her, she shut us out earlier this year. No more communication.

Horrible, early-childhood trauma (sex trafficked by her father for years; plus her sisters) has caused her to "curse" God for allowing those horrible years of abuse.

Many in Wicca also suffered SA, as well as other types of abuse.

Heartbreaking.

But, Jesus heals and brings His new life into theirs, if they open their hearts to Him. Many, many stories from former witches and warlocks who have received Jesus. He is so, so good to them!

I have had wonderful profound conversations with witches and satanists and sharing the gospel of the good news and Jesus' love with them, but I personally would never attend their weddings, nor would I attend a Hindu, Sikh nor Muslim etc wedding or attend any of their worship meetings because that's then saying to them I approve of them giving worship to false gods & satan, and interestingly the witches bible is very transparent and honest and states a true witch understands their power is given by satan to them, and it goes into detail about why they wear the belt on their thigh, the necessity of sex & how it empowers their spells. Why they use the pentagram. Also I have found many true serious witches druids warlocks & satanists whom are one and the same ultimately rarely reveal the extent of what they truly believe and what they practise, some do and will be transparent & honest, some people may just adopt their certain beliefs without going deeply seriously into it, & as we know it's not anything to play or mess about with as they are opening avenues to be overtaken by the devil and demonic spirits. Of course some things are obvious like you stated your husband's friends wedding they had the pentagram and they do fully understand their reasons for using it. I guess it's because I just know too much about the truths behind why they are doing what they are doing, and having had past contact with such people, even pagans adopt lots of the witches practices too, but again it just points to the fact that there is only one true living God YHWH, Jesus Yeshua and the Holy Spirit, every other belief system comes from the father of all lies satan the devil and his entire hordes of his kingdom of darkness.

It is indeed vitally important for us to show Jesus' love to everyone whomever they are and not be biased yet always speaking Heavenly fathers truths in love to everyone, yet never compromising nor allowing them to conform us into their mould but taking a firm stance in all Heavenly father asks from us in upholding all His truths. Sadly we see many Christians have hugely compromised in having accepted many pagan practises & christianising them, when Heavenly father Himself has told us to not learn the ways of the heathen, also so many Christians now are going to homosexual and transgender weddings too, this is ultimately just creating immense confusion to everyone involved as it is in a way suggesting you are accepting what God abhors and hates. Yet Christians do this with many things sadly as they seek the approval of people above God's approval. Heavenly father is pure & holy and expects His mature sons and daughters to be holy meaning being set apart, consecrated & sanctified as God is not a God of confusion nor of disorder but of order & peace. Heavenly father tells us to not be conformed to the ways of this world but to be set apart and to touch no unclean thing.

2 Corinthians 6: 14 Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what partnership has righteousness with lawlessness? Or what fellowship has light with darkness? 15 What accord has Christ with Belial? Or what portion does a believer share with an unbeliever? 16 What agreement has the temple of God with idols? For we are the temple of the living God; as God said,

“I will make my dwelling among them and walk among them,

and I will be their God,

and they shall be my people.

17 Therefore go out from their midst,

and be separate from them, says the Lord,

and touch no unclean thing;

then I will welcome you,

18 and I will be a father to you,

and you shall be sons and daughters to me,

says the Lord Almighty.”

Now, a few “churches” are promoting the use of psychedelic mushrooms in their spiritual practices.

Canadian author and researcher Carl Teichrib has been sounding the alarm since the late 1990s.

I recommend his book to every believer:

“Game of Gods: The Temple of Man in the Age of Re-enchantment”.

He and his small team go to Burning Man every summer to share Jesus. It’s definitely a special calling from God.

I have read it and did an article on one of his chapters in his book Game of God's.

Wow, that was excellent. I tend to agree with your strategy. People are all over the map with their beliefs. I never really faulted atheists, because they were willing to test why they believe what they believe. We reach differing conclusions but I always appreciate people willing to understand things. You know in Paul's day, people were no different. They questioned and were on a dozen different roads. But he engaged with them. Appreciate your blog!👍

Thank you for your words of encouragement, just mud!

I like what you wrote about in the apostle Paul's day. I'm taking this reminder to heart. 😊
